User-Generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer

1. General

The WPEG.ca Micro Apps Portal (the "Service") may include features that allow users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You are responsible for the UGC that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

2. No Endorsement

The Service may display UGC. WPEG.ca does not endorse and is not responsible for any UGC, including its accuracy, decency, or quality. The opinions expressed in UGC are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of WPEG.ca. We do not prescreen UGC, but we reserve the right to remove or modify any UGC for any reason, including if we believe it violates our Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

3. Your Responsibility

By posting UGC to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • The UGC is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in our Terms of Service.
  • The posting of your UGC on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
  • You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of any UGC you post on or through the Service.

4. License Grant

You retain any and all of your rights to any UGC you submit. However, by posting UGC to the Service, you grant WPEG.ca a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the UGC in connection with the Service and our business.

5. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any UGC posted by you or any third party. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of any UGC that you send, upload, download, stream, post, transmit, display, or otherwise make available or access through your use of the Service is solely your responsibility.
